SO happy with how this longevity cake turned out (I added the longevity noodle decor + candles to the cake myself). I put in the order in 4 days before I needed it and it was enough time. I just texted (626) 318-3870 my request and was given a quote almost immediately. I asked for a 6in lychee-flavored longevity cake ($56) + dragon piping (extra $30) and was told it'd be ready by when I wanted it. I paid a $20 deposit via Zelle when I placed the order. I showed up to pick up the cake hassle-free and paid the rest of my payment via Zelle. Owner said he'd never piped a dragon on a longevity cake before but I LOVED it! It looked great! My dad loved it and everyone around us at the restaurant loved it & asked where I bought the cake from! Can't wait to place my next custom cake order here

The durian cake is so moist, not too sweet, very fresh and not smelly durian! The cream is also fluffy. It's the perfect cake for the elderly who likes durian and less sweet desserts. Worth the price!

Located inside a small plaza with Popeyes. The interior of the shop is a bit sad and lonely. Very outdated and old decor. This bakery has been here for a very long time. The premade cakes look good though. Their cakes are light and fluffy, not too sweet. They're well known for the durian cakes: 6" is $32, 8" is $48. Mango cake looked delish as well: 6" is $29, 8" is $41- the outside of the cake was decorated and covered with thin mango slices- much more special and prettier than a plain cake. Tiramisu 6" is $30. Green coconut cake 6" is $28, 8" is $38. Mocha fruit cake 8" is $38. Strawberry cake 6" is $26, 8" is $36. Chocolate fries cake 8" is $38. The pastry section was not enticing. Prices are reasonable. Felt bad walking out not purchasing anything so bought egg tarts ($1.50) and an almond cookie ($2). They were ok.

Wedding cake was gorgeous! I ordered a 3 tiers taro wedding cake that served around 150 people. Not only it was delicious, it was beautifully made. I'd received many compliments from my family and the guests. Customer service was excellent as well. Would definitely recommend!

Needed a birthday cake so made a quick stop here and was not disappointed! They had cute simple cakes from mango, coconut, and durian. I picked up the durian cake and checked out. The server was really sweet in bagging it up after placing the cake in a box to make sure the smell wouldn't go through. She also included a little happy birthday sign! Although the cake was not as moist as I'd have liked it, it was still really yummy and creamy. Not too sweet as the Asians like to say ~

This bakery is conveniently open from 8am to 6pm every day, so if you need a last minute cake to order they can usually accommodate you. On Monday, I called in and ordered a 10" round cake with fresh mango and strawberry filling at 9:00am for an 11:00am pick up. (However, I would probably try to order at least a day in advance next time.). Their Chinese sponge cake is very light, fluffy and not too sweet. Even the whipped cream icing has just the right amount of sweetness. Their prices vary if you have fresh fruit or other types of filling. Their Napoleon and Taro filled cakes are also well liked by my family members. The bakery also sells other breads, cookies, and cake slices, although I have only tried some of their breads which are also good. The quality and taste of the cakes, the great service, and the cost and convenience of their items are what gave this a 5 star rating from me

On a Sunday morning in July, my sister and I decided to visit this bakery. It is located in the Popeyes shopping center. I found parking in the front and we greeted the owner. They had some pastry buns on the shelves, day old pastries for $3.00, and fruit cakes. The size of bolo bun was big in size and taste good. The napoleons was crispy and big in size. It was flaky, moist not dry and good value. Overall I would go back and try their cakes.

I got to try a durian cake from here and it was delicious. The durian flavor wasn't over powering and the cream and filling tasted just right. They have some cool designs here and are fast when ordering a cake. A solid and reasonable price for a great cake!

1/22/23 This review is solely showcasing the chiffon cake purchased by my cousin. It's a simple chiffon cake with white whip frosting, fruits (strawberry & mango, i think, kiwi on top). The cake itself is airy & light, not heavily frosted, just the right amount of sweetness. The fruits were presentable-fresh & tasty. My cousin said it's fairly priced & would return to buy more treats from this bakery. I'd stop by if I'm in the area.

What's up: Celebrating one of our scout's birthday. A phone order was placed in advance and we stopped by to pick up the birthday cake. Parking: Located in the small plaza on the corner of Valley Blvd and San Gabriel Blvd, parking can be a bit tough if it's busy. Some of the spots can be tight as well. Environment: Walking in, you'll see arrows on the floor that directs you around the bakery. It's a small and cozy store with baked items on the shelves. The refrigerated cake display is located further back while the check out counter is on the left (there's a sign that says "Pick up here". We told the staff member that we were picking up a phone order and also asked her to write "Happy Birthday" on the cake. What was ordered: - Fruit and Taro Cake (decently sweet) Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. Other than parking, the pick up was easy. The cake was pretty decent and we were in and out quick. Credit cards are accepted.
